All right, it’s official: The next cupcake ride is coming up. We’ll meet at the Tempe Beach Park entrance at 7 pm (that’s the intersection of Mill and Rio Salado) and will roll out at 7:15 for a laid-back ride to downtown Phoenix. The vegan bakers at Conspire Coffee are going to bake up a bunch of cupcakes just for us! After cupcakes, we may also stop by a couple of other local spots in downtown Phoenix. I hope you can make it out!
