Scottsdale Sustainable Transportation Panel Discussion

As part of the City of Scottsdale Transportation Master Plan public involvement process, the city will be hosting an open house and panel discussion on sustainable transportation on Wednesday, September 19th. The discussion features a panel of transportation experts and looks like a great opportunity to learn about sustainable transportation in Scottsdale (and beyond) and also to provide feedback on the Scottsdale Transportation Master Plan.

Please participate in an open house featuring a panel discussion of sustainable transportation ideas. This workshop is part of the city of Scottsdale Transportation Master Plan public involvement process. The Transportation Master Plan is a plan that is crafted to address community transportation needs and objectives over the next 20-25 years.

On September 19, panelists Phil Allsopp, Chief Executive Officer at Taliesin West; Aaron Golub ASU associate professor of planning and sustainability; and Jim Charlier, President of Charlier Associates, Inc. of Boulder, Colorado will present and discuss transportation ideas about sustainability soon after 6:00 pm. A question and answer period will follow the panel discussion.

As part of the open house, information about preliminary recommendations of the Transportation Master Plan will be available for review and comment.
